It was my first order and it was delivered to another address and when I called the Spice village guy he was so casual about it and asked me to go to that person and pick my order. I did not even know who the person was. it was so awkward and the order wasn't even delivered to that person, I went to him. Later we found it was lying on the ground floor, just like that. I called again to Spice Village and again they sounded so casual. Poor customer service.
