“The vegetables that came in were with fungus. I threw away the Gourd and Karela completely because of the fungus. Then I tried to reach out to Spice village based on the WhatsApp number provided on the website. It has been more than 1 week, no one has even replied to my queries. I will try to find some other online provider if possible, else will never order fresh vegetables.”

“Pathetic customer experience. Incorrect product delivered and inspite of going back and forth, the correct product is not sent to me. Do not make purchases from spice village, as they will send you the incorrect product and put a packaging slip inside the box having the correct name written, only to later say they packed the right one in the box.. Funny inspite of not settling the matter they send me an email to write a review”

“Really unprofessional with handling missing items in the order- no one informs you / no automatic refund… you need to follow up and get the refund. Also it is really bad that now to get the stuff I need to go to the local super market anyway”
