Really unprofessional with handling missing items in the order- no one informs you / no automatic refund… you need to follow up and get the refund. Also it is really bad that now to get the stuff I need to go to the local super market anyway

We ordered from Hungary. They did not bother to notify us that a particular product was out of stock! They took the payment and when the delivery didn't arrive 10 days later, we had to ask them what happen to my parcel. If they knew from the beginning that a particular product was out of stock, they shouldn't have put out there or atleast not take the payment. I understand products can go out of stock but they could have messaged is as they were eager to take the payment!

All vegetables that arrived had gone bad. The flat rice was essentially just powder, I had to throw it away. Only the dal is in good state I think, have not opened or tasted yet. An entire waste of my money I certainly dont order online again. I would give -10 rating if the option was available.

We got spoiled vegetables. I was happy with my previous order consist vegetables so I was very keen to order from spice village this time too inspite of the high price where we are getting the vegetables half the price in other sites I was very disappointed this time and would never prefer this site for vegetables

First they accept your but Then they say to wait 10 days because of their mistakes because before accepting their order they don’t check their stock.

We got a a bunch of damaged products in the last order. Open Chickpea flour and green chillies with fungus. Very disappointed.

My package was not delivered to me even when I was at home all day! I was awaiting for packaging and it was sent back with some excuse that I was not available or could not find the house. My name is legible on the door bell. Really sad experience.
