A frozen product must also be delivered frozen. No exceptions. The products were delivered without any insulation as if it isn’t even frozen. To tell a customer that they should now consume this product touted as frozen (3 whole packets) and delivered completely thawed out and then get back to them if the quality is compromised is unthinkable and unacceptable and not what customer service is even about.
