It’s very poor quality of the delivery, the items were delivered in a plastic bag without no protection to the items
In the order some time were missing but no explicit information whether are we ok further processing or not ?
Even after delivery there is no explicit note or email that couple of times are missing we will refund at later stage something like that
We need to explicitly call for the status
Lot of things can be improved
