There was a delivery problem because of heavy snow. I reached out to them and the person on the call ensured me that they will support me with getting in touch with DHL. In worst case, if they get the delivery sent back, they will put fresh veggies. That was really kind of him. Great support on the call! But when I called them again, because there was still no parcel received, the Person was very casual about it, made me sent an email about the issue. No response after that. After few days when I got the delivery, All the items were good but the Gooseberries I had ordered in 2 Packets, almost all of them were Rotten. Some were moldy. Considering the delivery time it is possible, but still in the cold weather I don’t think it was the only reason. Gooseberries don’t get spoilt so easily in cold. I strongly believe that the quality of product sent to me was bad, they were somewhat rotten before sending.
