DHL doesn’t deliver to home, even when the package is 10KG in weight. I understand this is a crisis time to everyone, because of the pandemic. But it’s unfair for DHL to assume that everyone can pick up 10KG package from a collection point. I’ve no problem picking up from a packet station if my delivery is a letter or a 2kg stuff, but I’m not ok if it’s 10KG package, especially when I PAID FOR DELIVERY. Check if you can address this with DHL, or charge 50% less for delivery and I will collect it from a collection point.
