Did not receive the Invoice on our company name.
I had to pay the money from my pocket due to your company's mistake.
While checking out as guest, there was no option to add billing address.
After the purchase, I got to see that the billing address was automatically added same as the delivery address.
Informed the customer service team immediately, and did not receive any help from them.
Poor customer service, I must say.
Due to this reason, me and my friends are not shifting towards another online Indian store.
