Very good customer service. When items are not available despite being ordered and paid for online. SV immediately contact me to offer alternatives or to reimburse the item. One time on a rare occasion, an item was damaged. Having contacted them, they happily replaced it. They clearly value their customers. This is what I greatly appreciate. The online market maybe competitive but I am happy to stick with SV for all my Indian grocery shopping.
