I purchased a heat pump (an expensive model) from this company. The product came defective; after some email exchanges, they agreed (reluctantly) to get the product back and proceed with the refund.
It's been more than 3 weeks since I returned the defective product, and I still did not get the refund - they have been ignoring my emails since then.
AVOID this company if you value your money.
