After being badly let down by another company, I was wary when placing my order with Splash and Relax. I had no need to worry -everything was done as promised and when I left a telephone message on a bank holiday, was contacted by Tim early next day to answer a question I had. My item was ordered on a Sunday, Monday was bank holiday, item dispatched Tuesday and received by me on Wednesday - could not have been more efficient. I would highly recommend Splash and Relax and would have no hesitation using them again.
