Disappointed with the unreliable delivery service - paid extra for express delivery, only to receive an email saying they couldn’t meet the delivery date I paid for. Whilst I understand delays happen, not offering a refund for the express delivery fee is poor. The response I received was unhelpful, and I won’t use them again - too unreliable.
