I was recommended to Sports & Spinal with long term issues to both shoulders that I had been unable to resolve elsewhere. I am very pleased to have been partnered up with physio Rene Helfrich who seems to have hit the nail on the head immediately with my injuries. After only five sessions and following a short tailored exercise plan I cannot believe the difference in movement ( 95% up ) and pain ( 95% down ). Rene has been excellent in approach and knowledge and I cannot recommend highly enough.
