I went to sports and spinal physio with shoulder pain that was affecting my work and quality of life. I was seen by Rene who diagnosed Rotary cuff impingement, she gave me a detailed exercise programme and after a few months of following this programme and visiting Rene regularly I am pleased to say my shoulder is back to normal. I am really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I needed to.
