Went to see Amirtha with an open mind as I have suffered a lot with my legs in general.
Must say Amirtha was excellent, knew what to work on and push week by week. After 3 months I now have a personal trainer who also commented, that what she has worked on has made me much stronger. So a big thank you Amirtha.
