Getting in touch with them is a nightmare contact number just rings out emails don’t go through I ordered a size 10 pair of trainers when they arrived I had recieved a size 11 pair but in a size 10 box where is the quality control. I now need to start the process of getting them changed which I’m sure will be a very stressful experience. Wish me luck 🙏 will not be ordering online again that’s for sure too much like hard work .
