“I ordered swearshirts I got a reference number but never heard anything.11Days later visited the shop where I was after paying 4.99e delivery to be told my good were there 6 days earlier but I got no email.When I checked my goods one sweatshirt was missing.I will never buy from sports direct again ,the assistant told me Id recieve back money on sweatshirt into my bank account after 2to 3days still didnt recieve my money.I will tell people to be careful when buying again from sports direct.,totally incompetent and then charging for delivery in shop.”

“Never had a problem with sports direct apart from the staff can sometimes be difficult to track down no my complaint is about a customer. She was in the shop with 2 young children and they were on scooters charging around between racks of clothes etc their parent/guardian was totally unaware of what they were doing and I was very concerned that they might drive into me. Not one member of staff said anything. I don't think it right to be dodging young kids while shopping. This was yesterday Sunday 22nd March.”

“Cancel policy is garbage. I had to chat with some Random person named senzo. I purchased a pair of golf shoes. It cost me $79.99. They didn’t not send me a price for customs until a week later saying I owe another $25 for shipping it. I asked to cancel but he said there is nothing he can do and that he’s ending the chat. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from them. Trust me”

“Don't know what Sports Direct are playing at. Now selling fake stuff?! I just received a Pretty Green bucket hat and it's not even by Pretty Green but by a cheap brand called Beech field with a cheap printed Pretty Green logo. Ok I got it for £5 (originally £39.99) but online it clearly saying it's Liam Gallagher's Pretty Green. I've often had a gripe with Sports Direct for the fact they charge you for delivering to their own store but selling moody gear now just tops it off. I'm done with them.”
