“Sport Direct in Oxford Street The manager and the security staff working in this place are racist and call themselves “police officers.” They are determined to catch “thieves” and label everyone who enters this Sports Direct as “thieves.” They follow customers around the aisles while talking on earpieces. When you make a complaint, who is supposed to investigate their suspicious behaviour? They only pretend to investigate and shamelessly “cover” for them. They were probably trained to behave like this towards customers and to go beyond the law, believing they are “undercover police officers.” Shame on you, because possibly, before working there, they were thieves themselves and later changed their job, and now they follow customers who go there to shop. So be careful of these suspicious individuals who seem like a “clan” in the making, and shame on those who support them.”

“The main problem is sports direct uses " Evri" as their delivery service formally known as "Hermes" but are no better for the face lift ! It should be named " Evri parcel has a problem " as this has been my experience and most of whom I speak with on the subject... I ordered from sports direct to pick up my parcel from a locker but Evri couldn't deliver the parcel as they needed a "specialist" whatever that is 🤦... Sports direct will now not issue me a refund until the parcel( that I never seen) is returned to them then I'll have to wait 14 days ..... Id say folks if you can't go into one their stores use Amazon as Sports direct online service is abysmal!”

“I ordered swearshirts I got a reference number but never heard anything.11Days later visited the shop where I was after paying 4.99e delivery to be told my good were there 6 days earlier but I got no email.When I checked my goods one sweatshirt was missing.I will never buy from sports direct again ,the assistant told me Id recieve back money on sweatshirt into my bank account after 2to 3days still didnt recieve my money.I will tell people to be careful when buying again from sports direct.,totally incompetent and then charging for delivery in shop.”

“Never had a problem with sports direct apart from the staff can sometimes be difficult to track down no my complaint is about a customer. She was in the shop with 2 young children and they were on scooters charging around between racks of clothes etc their parent/guardian was totally unaware of what they were doing and I was very concerned that they might drive into me. Not one member of staff said anything. I don't think it right to be dodging young kids while shopping. This was yesterday Sunday 22nd March.”
