I’ve never written a negative review before, but my experience with this company was so frustrating and unfair that I feel obligated to warn others. I received a faulty product, and despite clear signs of a defect, the company refused to take responsibility. Their “warehouse inspection team” claimed the damage was due to wear and tear — a claim that is both false and completely unsubstantiated. They offered zero transparency about the inspection, ignored my concerns, and sent the damaged item back to me without resolving anything. I was left with a defective product that I paid full price for, and their customer service was dismissive and rigid throughout. I even asked for ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) to handle the issue fairly, and they showed no intention of helping. This is not how a serious or trustworthy company treats its customers. If you’re considering buying from them — think twice. Their return policy is meaningless, and once they have your money, they’ll do everything to avoid accountability. I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice, and I strongly suggest others do the same if they’ve been treated similarly
