I ordered one product from Sports Direct but was charged for two of the same item. When the delivery arrived, I only received one. I contacted customer service to request a refund for the missing item and a free return label for the one I received (which was lower quality than I expected). They refused to help and basically told me there was nothing they could do. Really disappointing experience.
