Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service
I returned my order as instructed, and even received a confirmation from Sports Direct — but no refund ever came. I reached out multiple times, only to get generic replies and false promises.
This company makes the return process deliberately difficult, and their customer service does nothing to help.
It feels like they just want to keep your money and hope you give up. Completely unacceptable.
