“After my withdrawal was rejected, I found myself locked out of my trading account. It was stressful, and I felt helpless. However, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and took charge. They worked diligently to unlock my account and recover my funds. Their professionalism and care made all the difference.”

“Bought a large order of the same swimsuit for my swim group. The sizing is far too small. The size 10 is more like a small 8. The issue is buying online means I cannot return according to policy that is only stated AFTER purchase and seen when trying to return to get the correct size. This is even though some are still in original packaging . I’m very disappointed in the swimsuit sizing ( quality etc is great ) but even more disappointed with Sports Direct policy. Trying to con act them has been impossible.”

“I’ve never written a negative review before, but my experience with this company was so frustrating and unfair that I feel obligated to warn others. I received a faulty product, and despite clear signs of a defect, the company refused to take responsibility. Their “warehouse inspection team” claimed the damage was due to wear and tear — a claim that is both false and completely unsubstantiated. They offered zero transparency about the inspection, ignored my concerns, and sent the damaged item back to me without resolving anything. I was left with a defective product that I paid full price for, and their customer service was dismissive and rigid throughout. I even asked for ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) to handle the issue fairly, and they showed no intention of helping. This is not how a serious or trustworthy company treats its customers. If you’re considering buying from them — think twice. Their return policy is meaningless, and once they have your money, they’ll do everything to avoid accountability. I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice, and I strongly suggest others do the same if they’ve been treated similarly”

“I ordered one product from Sports Direct but was charged for two of the same item. When the delivery arrived, I only received one. I contacted customer service to request a refund for the missing item and a free return label for the one I received (which was lower quality than I expected). They refused to help and basically told me there was nothing they could do. Really disappointing experience.”

“Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service I returned my order as instructed, and even received a confirmation from Sports Direct — but no refund ever came. I reached out multiple times, only to get generic replies and false promises. This company makes the return process deliberately difficult, and their customer service does nothing to help. It feels like they just want to keep your money and hope you give up. Completely unacceptable.”

“I purchased a third pair of Sketcher’s size 10 but when I got home they were too small. When I asked for a refund as they were not fit for purpose I was told by a very rude supervisor that I could only have a credit note useless to me a 70 year old man with mobility issues”
