We ordered 3 items, only 2 were delivered and they were damaged, plus we paid the extra £9.99 for next day delivery which has not materialised. We noticed immediately, attempted to call back the driver but he ignored us, contacted EVRI and Sports Direct within minutes and repeatedly all day via every available method but there were no humans and apparently will not be for 24hrs. This complaint is about delivery issues AND lack of any customer service. We need the items urgently and so have had to take the morning off work to purchase from the store. Lost money, time and frustration. Terrible shopping experience.

Ordered socks at the end of April and I’m still waiting for the order to arrive over 2 weeks later No detail no explanations NO contact at all Also very difficult to find a way to speak to someone re the order Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from you guys again

Bought football gloves in store. When opened two gloves were for right hand. Returned to local store within 14 days with receipt and wouldn't refund as this would affect stock levels. Requested to speak with manager however manager wasn't available..Emailed complaints and was advised as this was purchased in store they couldn't help. Now I'm stuck with gloves which are unfit for purpose and 20 quid down. Will never shop at their stores again and will be advising all friends family etc to avoid .

I ordered a pair of school shoes for my 12 year old son. He wore them for 3 days and the sole started to come off. I requested to return them and sent them back. Then 3 months later I had heard nothing from them. I followed up and after much back and forwards they eventually decided that this wasn't a fault but due to overuse. If this was due to overuse after 3 days of use then these are very poor quality shoes. Luckily I had already gone to Clarks for a much better pair of shoes for not very much more. I won't be going back to sports direct

Ordered football boots online on 14/3/25 Arrived in Sydney Australia on 22/3. Cleared customs 23/3/25 and the parcel hasn’t moved since. Sports Direct have been of no assistance can’t provide answers regarding location and why not delivered. Australian Post cannot assist as the parcel hasn’t been scanned. DAI cannot provide answers either. It’s now 8/4/25 and the location of the parcel is still unknown. Poor service. Poor systems. Money spent for undelivered goods. No resolution likely anytime soon.

Ordered trainers and ended up ordering other items for family members to justify P&P charge. They cancelled my trainers from the order but didn't contact me to let me know. Had to lie on the reason for contact as the 'contact us' section only leads to FAQs on the majority of issues - no apology or acceptance it was wrong not to inform me of the cancellation and refused to refund postage as, although I didn't get my trainers, I did get a free mug (that is in the bin) - appalling customer service.

I ordered 4 items on 3rd Jan 2025. After 3 weeks I contacted them to see why my items had not been received. I was told that it had been damaged in transit and was to be retuned to them by courier. I received a refund for 2 of them items. It is now 10 weeks since I placed the order. I still haven't received the remaining items or a refund for them. I keep keep getting emails to say my query hasn't been resolved yet and to thank me for my patience !! Will NEVER buy from them again.

Sportdirect CANNOT be trusted. I ordered 2 items and only received one. The adult size jogger was apparently in the kid shoes box (really?) Evri pointed to Sportdirect and Sportdirect claimed that they cannot do anything since the items were delivered as per their quality control (no evidence provided). What a farce! I was robbed ~£30 and I lost most of all loads of time by keeping raising tickets that they continuously removed (not to mention that they automatically removed my first ticket without even responding weeks after being submitted). Worst of all, I cannot formally raise a complaint since all the communication is done by email. Truly awful experience. My advise: do NOT order more than one item with them at the risk of losing your money and TIME!

Ordered an item that was not delivered, so naturally i queried it and was told no replacement or refund would be made as it was delivered to a "safe place" Asked what this "safe place" was as no one received the item or signed for it, and it was not in our house. No reasonable explanation made. Conclusion don't shop here, as consumer rights and customer satisfaction mean nothing. I have never had an issue with Amazon, Marks and Spencer etc. Lesson learned I will never shop with Sports Direct again.

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. I have been sent the wrong order three times, customer services do nothing and items I have returned have not been refunded. It's theft, they take you money, send you the wrong item and then fail to refund you. Don't EVER shop with them.

ordered 3 wardrobe sets 2 beds and 2 dressing tables. all was supposed to be delivered no later than 4th feb. i recieved a delivery with 2 boxes from 2 wardrobe sets and 1 from 1 bed. still waitng on the rest no one knows what they are doing. then they tell me they dont know whats going on and they will pick up the 3 boxes and then refund me. i have been dealing with ordering from them since begining of january for these items. i had planned on decorating my kids bedroom over the half term holiday, i had given myself plenty of time and now it seems i will need to continue my search for wardrobes as this company is just taking money for things they do not have in stock.
