“I ordered New Bslance 530, paid for delivery 10£ for next day delivery as I was busy with holiday flight, this shoes 👟 come dirty and smell like dirty stinky feet 🦶 whit fungus in! Once I opened box smell filled the room, I cannot believe that it comes from shoes🤯🤢🤮 then I opened box and it was just 🤮🤮🤮, dirty black pieces on insoles, I was humiliated and depressed, immediately after I send it back, this smell remained in my head like a phantom, I wash my hands and disinfected myself. “Rubbish!!! They do not allow exchange or return to store. And the pictures online were nothing like the gloves received. Online returns cost you 4.99 to post back of your own cost. Will NEVER buy online again.”

“I ordered two tracksuits from Sports Direct. When they were delivered, the jackets are cropped jackets - which does not match the description on the website or the photos on the website. I would not have ordered them if I had known they were cropped. I was charged £4.95 for the initial delivery and am now being told I need to pay £4.99 for them to be returned - despite the description on the website being inaccurate. I am really disappointed with the level of customer services received from this customer - they no longer have a phone number and complete all their comms through email. However, it took 5 emails back and forth for them to understand the issue. I won’t be shopping with them again.”

“Absolutely shocking service! I ordered an adult hoodie 2XL and it came and unable to fit even 12 year old child! I thought it was a joke but unfortunately it was not. The stores do not accept any returns if the purchase was made online! I had to pay £4.99 postage (for a mistake I did not make!!). They sent me a label that I must print out knowing for well I do not have the facilities to do so! Refused to give QR code so I just wasted £4.99 for this nonsense postage as well as the purchase price! Stay away from this company they are robbers!”

“do NOT but their toys. I just received a completely smashed up Rubik's cube. It can definitely not be fixed. I went on the sports direct website and it said I couldn't be refunded. Complete con, don't buy toys from them, the packaging was terrible. It was bound to break. Anyone know how to get my.money back. I'll try my credit card next.”

“This company is a scam I have tried to withdraw $18k from my account and it took 24 days since I made the withdrawal and the broker will not release my funds. I've filed reports with RESORUS.com about them and I've been told they'll release my funds asap. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!”

“Ordered shoes from this company, they did not send the pair, I went through customer support after FOUR weeks from someone that does not speak English well through email, for them to conclude that I did receive the pair even though the carton that they sent was not big enough for a shoe box.. AVOID at all costs, no shoes received, no refund given, terrible experience.”

“I bought wellies, wore them twice to summer festivals, the second time the right wellie leaked. I took them back to Sports Direct and tried to get a replacement but the manager refused, stating as it was over 6 months since I'd bought them, I had to go to the manufacturer. This is not what the law says. I contacted Sports Direct Customer Services who just referred me back to the store. I tried again with the store and got the same refusal. I tried for a second time with customer services, they referred me to the store again. There seems to be a refusal to accept their legal obligations and a deliberate technique of sending you round in circles. This is not a trustworthy company to deal with.”

Have sent emails, messaged with useless chat bod 5 times since. Received one email with no explanation saying "be patient". Still waiting.
