Paid for next day delivery and received items 4 days later.
Of the 5 items that I ordered 3 of them had been previously opened/ used/ returned and their packaging shoddily put back together.
One item out of 5 was damaged and needs to be returned.
Contacting Sports Direct for information is very difficult. I received an email 2 days after sending one which didn’t resolve my issue.
No refund will be given to me even though I paid £8 for next day delivery and didn’t receive my goods in this time frame.
Tracking information for my items was sent out 24hrs after my items had been delivered.
3 emails later I still have not resolved the return of my fault goods.
Really poor service in an age where it really cannot afford to be.
