I ordered some trainers as a gift and paid £7.99 for them to be delivered in time. When they arrived they had sent the wrong size trainers but in the right size box. I contacted them to resolve this issue and still haven’t heard back a week later. To return the unsuitable item I will now have to pay for them to be sent back. So overall the customer service is terrible and delivery policy is also very expensive and outdated for a company the size of sports direct.
