Half of what I ordered never arrived, the tracking information said it was out for delivery and then next time it updated it said it was being returned to sender, which it has been stuck on for a week. The customer service department said it was most likely due to damage but this has not been confirmed, after a week they still have not got the parcel back and I have had no refund.
