Bought a Adidas jogging suit and some trainers and they delivered the track suit with out the bottoms . It took them 5 Days to come up with a solution and there solution wasnt great . The whole process from start to finish was atrocious , I had a customer care representative contact me by email 3 days late .At the beginning of the email they didn't even offer me half my money back then one of the representatives sports direct told me that there was going to shut my claim down regarding getting my jogging bottoms. The next day later I received another email from another presenter and he offered me half the money back I excepted his offer and that was the end of that..
