It has been several days I made an order and till date, I have not received part of my order. I was told that Most of my order Is now out of stock and had to pay full shipment for just a few items as a student, that is a big Loss. I also paid for the return of the item I bought that was Smaller than me. It is just a very bad experience for someone new in the UK. It is also sad that the company has no number to call to address customer’s challenges. I have made a mental note not to ever shop in Sports Direct again and will advise all my friends to avoid it too. It is quite stressful to shop from here.
