The items I received were good quality and price, however, I ordered 2 hoodies as they were on offer together only to have an email saying one was no longer in stock and won’t be sent - I quickly emailed back asking for any other size but received a generic email about their policies, and that I would be reimbursed. I have not been reimbursed.
