Awful customer service from start to finish... Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Ordered my items on 8th February and paid for delivery in 3-5 working days. Waited over a week before I got in touch with customer service. When they finally responded that my items had been lost in transit it had been over 9 days later. I then had to chase for a response from their Customer service team 5 times to find out what was happening with my order. Was told by the customer service advisor that she was just back from a few days off, hence the slow response. I enquired that I should at least receive a refund for the delivery charge of £5 but that I still wanted my items. No concession of the delivery charge even though I hadn’t received my order in the 3-5 working days I had paid for. The excuse was I would still receive my items eventually so no need to refund the delivery charge. Finally received my items 19 days late.
