I bought a bike from sports direct but the delivery was terrible I got a delivery date and time from hermes then I got email from hermes saying they had tried to deliver my parcel which was a lie as there was 3 people in the house all day so I then got another delivery day so when my bike got delivered on this attempt hermes sent me an email saying it had been left at my front door but the door in the picture was not my front door so I contacted sports direct to let them know about this but I have still not heard anything back yet
