I am deeply unsatisfied with Sports Direct. They delivered the wrong size, I have contacted them twice and they have failed to respond. So, I am lumbered with an unwanted (and not ordered item), paid the bill and now have to take legal steps to resolve the matter. Complete failure on their part. Very bad indeed.
