Absolutely shocking.
Chat staff rude and dismissive. I asked for a manager to contact me. None did despite the promise.
Contact form repeatedly said order code incorrect despite being copied and pasted from order.
I emailed CEO heard nothing
I have shoes which are not true to size and despite having paid for postage, I am then expected to pay for postage to return/exchange them despite the fault not being mine.
Call centre closed.
