I placed an order online. Two days later I received an email saying it had been sent by xpd and was given a tracking number. And it would be with me any day. After 4 days I used the tracking number and xpd said there was no item with this number. So then emailed sports direct who said it hadn't been sent actually, it was ready to be picked up and since there were pick ups every day it should be with me any day. After 8 days and several more emails its still ready to be picked up, and they have pick ups every day so it should be with me any day. There is no helpline number, no way to find out what's going on. Xpd wont answer questions about individual packages, they say to ask sports direct who seem to actively ignore you.
