Disgraceful customer service… Sports direct in itself is offering the most basic to none customer service, orders are being cancelled even though they are up to buy on website, actually happened two times with two different boots that as soon as I ordered them they’ve been canceled and i’m left with the delivery to pay regardless! When you write a complaint or question on the website is doesn’t matter how hard you try to explain the problem, no one is reading your email as you will receive an automated response to every single potential problem you might have. Since i’m still not getting response from them, i’ll circle the whole web to inform people and prevent them from having an awful experience with Sports Direct. Thanks for nothing!
