Received shoes very quickly ..however they were not suitable so tried to return them via receiving agent Hermes via local shop...to be informed I could not do this as there is no code...suggested I send for QR code.. emailed sports direct via their site..still waiting for reply ..useless..so took items to post office at 2nd class return fee of £3.80 (first class was £5.99).......still not heard anything..get your act together sports direct...there should be free returns.....
