I recently ordered my daughter a bike from yourselves online which was delivered yesterday.
Firstly, when I collected the bike from the neighbour it was wrongly delivered to, as my address was clearly documented on the order and the delivery driver had made no attempt to deliver it to my address, as I was home all day and I have a ring doorbell which shows no one had attempted to access my property.
I then noticed that there was a price sticker on the box of the bike which states that the bike should have been sold at a lower price than I actually paid for it on line ( this is both the original price and also sale price) even after using my NHS discount, I still paid more than the sale price on the box. As a customer, this is obviously very frustrating as it means that I had paid more than the product Is worth and therefore falsely advertising and overpricing the bike on line.
I then went on to unbox the bike and some parts of it look like they have already been used, the handle bars were filthy and also the seated area. Considering we are currently in the midst of a pandemic, I do not at all consider this sanitary or acceptable.
Overall I am rather disappointed and unhappy with the experience of purchasing this bike online with your company.
