I have patronised you in the past without any problem. It is rather unfortunate that one out of your lovely mugs l purchased recently got broken in transit. I placed an order for 6 but got only 5 in good condition. One of the two wrapped up in see through nylon was broken before reaching me. I would appreciate it if you can send me another one and ask the person doing delivery to collect the broken one back please. Many thanks.
