The packaging that my order came in was battered and not sealed correctly wasn’t processed properly at all. My dumbbells had chips in the metallic black covering and covered the contents of the box in it. Also my shoes didn’t fit well at all. Plus £9.99 for delivery just because it was over a certain kg that’s stupid I paid over £100 was like £149.99 and I still had to get delivery charges that’s pathetic should be free on orders over so much and should only have to pay a smaller increment for kg difference not £9.99 on top, abysmal.
