Ordering online very easy.
However £4.99 for P&R on two separate orders & deliveries is outrageous and extremely expensive.
I wouldn’t have normally bought online but due to lockdown the stores were closed. My order contained gifts for a family member which then had to be posted again to them which was more expense.
My order containing clothing were individually packaged so that was a
positive. On reflection I’d shop in store next time.
