It’s the delivery fee and returns process that has put me off ordering again. I ordered some trainers and paid £4.99 to be delivered - unfortunately they don’t fit so I’ve got to pay to return them and no option to take them to a collection point like a lot of other stores. I won’t be ordering again unless I’m 100% confident that I won’t need to return the product. There are plenty of sports shops who offer free delivery and free returns when buying trainers that cost £60 plus
