I received my order of running shoes eventually, but they were too tight. I have been a 9.5 UK size for years, but these (Made in China) were too tight. Sent them back to "exchange them" for a UK size 10. This was confirmed by email that they had been exchanged, but there was no other information : would they be delivered automatically, did I have to pay extra for re-delivery, did I have to pick them up? Don't know. Here I am over a week later, still waiting. Can you help please? I cannot answer the questions below as my shoes haven't arrived yet.
