First delivery never arrived so had to chase it up. Reply receiveď was it got lost in transit with an offer to refund or resend to which i requested to resend and requested a delivery refund as my item had not been delivered in the time stated. I reveived a reply saying no refund so i asked for it to be escalated. All i got back was a message saying ticket closed and if i was not satisfied with the outcome to reply to the email which i did. I got another email saying ticket closed so i replied again. The same happened again.
Not great customer service.
I won't be buying from sports direct again as this is the second time it has happened.
