I paid for delivery, which said 3 to 7 days, but took 9. The product was the wrong size, so I have returned and asked for smaller size. Have had to pay postage to return the parcel. Would be better if could return at same place I picked up the parcel, and free of charge. Will I be reimbursed for the return postage? If the replacement product is not satisfactory, I'll have to pay again to return it and obtain a refund.
