I received my item ok, but it didn't fit well, so wanted to return it. Unfortunately, the invoice and return advice sent to me with my item had someone else's name and order printed. I'm not sure to whom my order details went - very disconcerting! I requested a refund and also explained my displeasure about the accompanying document mix-up to customer service. They first asked for my order number (I had already mentioned it 3 times in my first email) then they seemed to think I was sent the wrong item - I wasn't, just the wrong paperwork. Each time they responded to me, they closed the case and asked me to review their performance! Usually with customer service you check that the customer is satisfied before closing the case. No, Sports Direct apparently closes the case with each email they send out whether it's necessary or not. The worst of it is my personal details are with a complete stranger! Sports Direct has not bothered to suggest how they might rectify this.
