I tried ordering trainers for my son on three occasions, and every time the product said it was in stock, only to get an email later saying they were out of stock, and after the money had left my account. The money then takes a week or more to be refunded.
Why not update the website quicker to stop this inconvenience?
I managed to order a pair of trainers for my daughter, but they came in a box so battered and ripped and covered in sales stickers that there was no way i could give them as a gift in that state.
Terrible service, it feels like the customers are treated like gullible fools. I will always shop elsewhere from now on.
