I was sent the wrong hoodie, and when I attempted to re-order I was again sent the wrong item! Have emailed to complain and was asked to provide photos of the items and relevant paperwork. I did so 3 days ago and no reply yet! Clearly the items and codes are wrong on your system! Gives me little confidence this will not happen again
