Disappointed with the service on this occasion. Wrong size initially sent (not SD’s fault as wrongly tagged by manufacturer) but replacement pair sent also faulty (again not SD fault) but due to the returns policy I’m now £6 out of pocket for 2 returns when neither were my fault. Punishing wrong people.
