I ordered a pair of Nike Court A/Max Volley shoes in black and white. They sent the wrong colour shoes and agreed to provide a refund citing "Good Will Gesture". I ordered the shoes I wanted a second time thinking that the previous error was a simple mistake. The same thing happened and they again sent the wrong shoes. They do not pick up the telephone and they don't seem to be in a hurry to respond to my messages. Potentially I will be out of pocket with return delivery charges - TWICE! Avoid!
