Was sent the wrong size, even though I emailed when I saw the mistake on the confirmation email. Was back and forth emailing and kept being told 'sorry for the inconvenience'. So wasted £7.99 on next day delivery and then a further £5 on returning the item. Absolutely terrible customer service.
