worst online experience in years. both in delivery and in product. first the dpd courier didn’t bother to call the bell. just left the “we missed you paper and left.” then the first dpd phone assistant refused to help me and hang up on me. then after i managed to talk with the second dpd assistant about it , he was kind enough to help me find a place to have my parcel delivered and i collect it form there the day after (already had wasted a day) when i collected the parcel i noticed both pair of shoes appeared to bigs after wearing the first for a day i realised that i had ordered shoes size 11. the box of the shoes where size 11, but the shoes inside where size 12. the label in the shoe was different that the label on the box. FOR both pairs. if it was for one pair i would be accepting it as a mistake but in both pairs it is obvious it is far from a coincidence . do not buy online from this shop. waste of time and energy. i know that prices are tempting but if you can not wear the shoes what is the benefit?
