Terrible customer services. They dont seem to care about their customers. Way behind their competitors in terms of customer services. They sent me the wrong kids trainers nearly 4 weeks ago. Despite 4 emails from me they have done nothing. They wont facilitate return of the trainers and keep fobbing me off with "i have to talk to senior management". They have kept my money for nearly 4 weeks. Never ever again. I think I will have to talk to ombudsman just to get my basic consumer rights.
